OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Protecting the privacy and safety of young children is a top priority for AVDA. Our website is not intended to attract or engage children under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998, AVDA does not knowingly request or collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will take prompt steps to delete that information from our records.
